This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Reactive Resources LLC and its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively "Reactive Resources," "us," "we," or "our") may collect, use, and share your personal information in connection with our websites that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Website"), our email communications, our social media pages, and the other services, contests, sweepstakes, and features that we offer (collectively, and together with the Website, the "Platform"), and the choices and rights you have regarding your personal information. Some region-specific terms may apply to you and those terms are referenced in the sections below.

By accessing and using our Platform, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the personal information provided by you in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it affects your rights and our liabilities under the law. If you disagree with the way we collect and process personal information, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify this Privacy Policy. If we modify how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page. In some cases, we may notify you about an update by sending you an email, posting a notice about the update on the Platform, or other means as may be required by applicable law. In all cases, your continued use of the Platform following posting or other notification of changes constitutes your acknowledgement of such changes. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically to keep up to date on our most current policies and practices.

When the Privacy Policy Applies

The Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you subscribe to, access, or use the Platform.

Information We Collect

Generally, we as well as third-party vendors, networks, ISP(s) and supporting advertisers use technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, web beacons, local storage, session-reply technologies and javascript applications to collect a variety of types of information about you when you interact with us or use the Platform through.

We may collect the following categories of personal information, along with other personal information that is not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection:

• Contact Information: such as your email address or social media handle.
• User Submissions: such as text, images, audio, or video, along with the metadata associated with any files you may upload or otherwise make available in connection with the Platform.
• Marketing Preferences: such as your preferences for receiving our newsletters or details about how you engage with our communications.
• Account Information: such as your registration or profile details related to any account you create with us, if applicable.
• Survey and Sweepstakes Responses: such as your contact and other information you provide in response to our surveys, questionnaires, sweepstakes, or contests.
• Demographic Information: such as your city, state, postal code, age, gender, salary range, education, marital status, occupation, military service, industry of employment, personal and online interests.
• Online Activity Information: such as information about your use of and actions on the Platform, such as the website you visited before browsing to the Website, pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, timestamps of when you have opened or interacted with an email and other access times, and duration of access.
• Device Information: such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, wireless carrier, manufacturer and model, device identifier (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising), browser type, screen resolution, IP address, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
• Communications: such as the information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us.

How We Use Personal Information

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide the Platform and the content, products, or services that you request. We may use personal information for the purposes set forth below and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection.

1. To Provide the Platform. We use personal information to provide our Platform and operate our business. For example, we use personal information to:

   • communicate with you about products, services, offers, and promotions offered by us and others, and provide news and other information we think may be of interest to you;
   • establish, manage, monitor, and maintain your account or user profile (if applicable);
   • improve and personalize your experience on or with the Platform;
   • link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your interests and provide you with better service and/or more targeted advertisements;
   • deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested;
   • verify your identity or determine your eligibility for offers and promotions;
   • provide any contests, surveys, sweepstakes, or other promotions you participate in;
   • provide and deliver the services you request, process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations, notifications, and invoices;
   • advertise to you directly and indirectly through partner networks, including appending and/or merging information for the purpose of advertising to you on our service as well as other services such as Facebook or Google;
   • communicate with you about the Platform, including providing notices about your account, sending you announcements, updates, or security alerts, and sending support or administrative messages;
   • respond to any of your requests, feedback, or questions;
   • provide maintenance and support for the Platform;
   • monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the Platform; and
   • fulfill any other purpose for which you provide personal information.

2. To Display Advertisements. We partner with advertising partners and other third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, for purposes of displaying advertisements on the Platform or elsewhere online and delivering more relevant advertising to you. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the Platform or your activity elsewhere online. Our partners may use your information to recognize you across different channels and platforms, including but not limited to, computers and mobile devices, over time for advertising (including addressable TV), analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. For example, our partners may deliver an ad to you in your web browser based on a purchase you made in a physical retail store, or they may send a personalized marketing email to you based on the fact that you visited a particular website. In addition, some of these companies may use hashed customer lists that we share with them to deliver ads to you and to similar users on their platforms. 3. To Send You Newsletters and Other Promotional Communications. We may send you newsletters and other promotional communications as permitted by law, including materials, updates, information, special offers, and promotional material from us and our business partners. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the "Choices About Your Personal Information" section below.

4. For Research and Development. We use personal information for research and development purposes, including to study and improve the Platform and our business, to understand and analyze the usage trends, demographics, and preferences of our users, and to develop new features, functionality, products, and services.

5. To Comply with Law. We will use personal information as we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

6. For Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Safety. We may use personal information and disclose it to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to: (a) maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Platform and our business, databases, and other technology assets; (b) protect our, your, or others' rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims); (c) audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies; (d) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Platform; and (e) prevent, identify, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

7. With Your Consent. We will disclose your personal information in accordance with your prior direction or, in some cases, we may specifically ask you for your consent to collect, use, or share your personal information, such as when required by law.

8. To Create Anonymous, Aggregated, or De-Identified Data. We may create anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data from your personal information and the personal information of other individuals. We make personal information into anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Platform and promote our business. To the extent that we classify such information as "de-identified," we commit to maintaining and using such information in a de-identified form and to not attempting to re-identify such information (except for purposes permitted by law).

Sharing of Information In addition to the specific situations discussed elsewhere in this Privacy Policy or at the point of collection, we may share your personal information with the entities or persons described in this section.

• Service Providers. We may share your personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf that are necessary for the orderly operation of our business. For example, we work with service providers that help us perform website hosting, email delivery, database management, analytics, fraud protection, marketing, finances, and other purposes;
• Advertising Partners. With third parties that we partner with for advertising campaigns or enable them to collect information about your activity on the Platform, including through the use of cookies and similar technologies, including for the purposes described in the "To Display Advertisements" section above. These third-party advertising companies may collect information about your activity on the Platform and other online services to serve you advertisements (including, through interest-based advertising), and/or use hashed customer lists that we share with them to deliver ads to them and similar users on their platforms.
• Authorities and Others for Compliance, Fraud Prevention and Safety. We may disclose your personal information for the compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. Under certain circumstances, this may include law enforcement, government authorities, and other parties if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency) or if we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect our property or rights or the safety of our employees, our customers, or other individuals;
• Business Transaction Participants. We may disclose personal information to third parties in connection with any business transaction (or potential transaction) involving a merger, acquisition, sale of shares or assets, financing, consolidation, reorganization, divestiture, or dissolution of all or a portion of our business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
• Related Companies. We may share your personal information with our parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common corporate control, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
• Sweepstakes and Joint Marketing Partners. We may share your personal information with other partners in order to provide you with content and other features through the Platform, and such partners may send you promotional materials or otherwise contact you regarding products and services that they offer. When you choose to enter a contest or sign up for a sweepstakes, we may share the personal information you provide as part of the offer with the named co-sponsors or other third parties affiliated with such offer.
• Professional Advisors. We may share personal information with persons, companies, or professional firms providing us with advice and consulting in legal, tax, financial, insurance, and other matters, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
• Other Users of the Platform and the Public. We may provide functionality that enables you to disclose personal information to other users of the Platform or the public. For instance, you may be able to maintain a user profile with information about yourself or your use of the Platform that you can make available to other users or the public. You may also be able to submit content to the Platform (such as comments, questions, stories, reviews, surveys, blogs, photos, and videos), and we will identify you by displaying information such as your name, username, social media handle, or a link to your user profile along with the content you submit. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available to other users or the public.

Your profile information and any information you post in any public area of the Platform or on our social media pages or submit for publication will be publicly available. This includes, for example, information contained in any quizzes or comments you post. Information about your achievements may also be publicly shared, such as through our leaderboard page.

Our Platform and email messages sometimes contain links to other websites and online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or online services that are not associated with us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and reference only. We do not operate or control any information, software, products or services available on these third-party websites. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and online services you use.

Choices About Your Personal Information

You can make the following choices regarding your personal information.

Review and Request Changes to Your Account Information. In some cases, if you have registered for a certain type of account with us, you may be able to review and update certain personal information in your account profile by logging into the account. Some accounts may also allow you to control certain privacy settings through your user preferences.

Opt-Out of Marketing Emails. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us as provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. You may still receive service-related and other non-marketing communications.

Control Cookies & Browser Web Storage. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser's settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all functionality of the Platform and it may not work properly. Google Analytics. The Website may use Google Analytics to help us analyze how the Website is being accessed and used. To opt-out of Google Analytics, you can download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available here.

Advertising Choices. You may be able to limit the use of your information for interest-based advertising by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings, using browser plug-ins/extensions, and/or using your mobile device settings to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from our advertising partners who participate in the following industry opt-out programs by visiting the linked websites: the Network Advertising Initiative (http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). In addition, some of the companies we work with may offer their own opt-out mechanisms.

We may also work with third parties, including Google, to deliver advertisements. Many of the opt-out preferences described in this section must be set on each device and/or browser for which you want them to apply. Please note that some of the advertising companies we work with may not participate in the opt-out mechanisms described above, so even after opting-out, you may still receive interest-based advertisements from other companies. If you opt-out of interest-based advertisements, you will still see advertisements online but they may be less relevant to you.

Notice to California Residents

This section applies only to California residents and supplements the information provided elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. It describes how we collect, use, sell, share, and retain personal information of California residents in operating our business, and their rights with respect to their personal information. For purposes of this section, "personal information" has the meaning given under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended, the "CCPA") but does not include information exempted from the scope of the CCPA.

Personal Information Collected and the Purposes of Collection and Use. We summarize the personal information we collect, or have collected in the 12 months preceding the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy above, by reference to the categories specified in the CCPA. For each category of personal information (as defined in the CCPA), you will find a list of the types of personal information we collect (as described at the beginning of this Privacy Policy).

• Identifiers, including Contact Information, User Submissions, Account Information, Survey and Sweepstakes Responses, Communications, and Device Information.

We describe:

• the categories of sources from which we collect personal information in the section above titled "Information We Collect;" and
• the business or commercial purposes for which we collect and share personal information in the section above titled "How We Use Personal Information."

To the extent we collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the CCPA), we only use or disclose it for purposes permitted under the CCPA (e.g., to provide the Platform, detect security incidences and prevent fraud, and to verify and maintain the quality of the Platform). We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about California residents.

Personal Information Disclosed for Business Purposes, "Sold," or "Shared." In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed each category of personal information listed above to the categories of third parties listed in the "Sharing of Information" section for the business purposes described throughout this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may "sell" or "share" (and in the past 12 months have "sold" or "shared") your Identifiers, Customer Records, Commercial Information, Internet or Network Information, and Inferences to the following categories of third parties, as described in more detail in the section above titled "Sharing of Information": Related Companies, Service Providers, Advertising Partners, and Sweepstakes and Joint Marketing Partners.

These disclosures to third parties are called "selling" or "sharing" under the CCPA because we are either sharing your personal information in exchange for some sort of valuable consideration, or because such disclosure is for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of California residents under 18 years of age.

Retention of Personal Information. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish and defend legal claims, for fraud prevention purposes, or for so long as required to meet our legal obligations. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

Your California Privacy Rights. In addition to the choices enumerated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, California residents have the rights listed below. Please note, these rights are not absolute, and, in some cases, we may not be able to respond to your request, such as when a legal exemption applies or if we are not able to verify your identity.

• Right to Delete. You can ask us to delete the personal information that we have collected from you.
• Right to Know/Access. You can request the following information about how we have collected and used your personal information:
  • The categories of personal information that we have collected.
  • The categories of sources from which we collected personal information.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information.
  • The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you.
• Right to Correct. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sales/Sharing. If we "sell" or "share" your personal information, you can opt-out.
• Right to Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above without receiving discriminatory treatment.

You can request to exercise your rights to delete, know/access, or correct by sending your request to the email address listed at the bottom of this Privacy Policy and putting the statement "CCPA Consumer Request" in the subject line.

We have the right to confirm that you are a California residence in order to process your requests and will need to confirm your identity to process your requests to know/access or correct. This is a security measure to, for example, help ensure we do not disclose information to a person who is not entitled to receive it. We try to respond to all legitimate requests to delete, know/access, or correct within 45 days of your request. Occasionally it may take us longer than 45 days to respond, for instance if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you of the delay.

You can request to opt-out out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information in connection with cookies and similar technologies that we use on the Website by selecting the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of the Website or by broadcasting the Global Privacy Control signal. Note that due to technological limitations, if you visit our Website from a different computer or device, or clear cookies on your browser that store your preferences, you will need to return to the Website to select your preferences or rebroadcast the GPC signal.

If you direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information, we will consider it a request pursuant to California's "Shine the Light" law to stop sharing your personal information covered by that law with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Consistent with the CCPA, you may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you do so, we may require proof of your identification, the authorized agent's proof of identification, evidence of valid permission for the authorized agent to act on your behalf, and any other information that we may request in order to verify the request. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply with your request if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

California Notice of Financial Incentive. We may offer certain financial incentive programs that can result in different levels or quality of services to you, provided that such programs are reasonably related to the value of your personal information to us. For example, we may offer additional content to users who sign up for our mailing list, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, or other similar promotional campaigns. We typically ask you to provide your email address or other contact information in order to participate in these programs or campaigns.

We offer these programs and campaigns because, among other things, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted services, or other benefits that you obtain or that are provided as part of the applicable program or campaign. This value is based on the expense related to offering those services and benefits to participants, along with other factors such as whether and to what extent you take advantage of (or opt-out from) any offerings and whether we are able to use the data we collect from you.

When we offer any program or campaign, there is no obligation to opt-in, and you may withdraw at any time by contacting us using the designated method set forth in the applicable program rules or in the "Contact Information" section of this Privacy Policy. Changes to California Resident Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will enforce the terms of the new policy going forward. You will receive no other notice than an updated posting on this page. Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the "sale" of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines "sale" to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. If you are a Nevada resident who wishes to exercise your "sale" opt-out rights, you may submit a request to us using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy with the subject line "Nevada opt-out request."

U.S. State Privacy Laws Addendum

Certain other U.S. states may also provide you with additional rights under their privacy laws. To the extent such laws apply, this section describes how we collect, use, and share personal information of such residents, and their rights with respect to their personal information. For purposes of this section, "personal information" means "personal data" or "personal information" as such term is defined under applicable state privacy law but does not include information exempted from the scope of such law.

Please note, these rights are not absolute and, in some cases, we may not be able to respond to your request, such as when a legal exemption applies or if we are not able to verify your identity.

• Right to Access. You can request that we confirm whether we process your personal information and to access that personal information, including in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity.
• Right to Correct. You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
• Right to Delete. You can request that we delete personal information provided by or obtained about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of "Sales" / "Targeted Advertising." If we "sell" your personal information or engage in "targeted advertising" according to an applicable state privacy law, you can request to opt-out.

Applicable residents may request to exercise their privacy rights to access, correct, and delete above by contacting us at the email listed below and include the State in which you are a resident and the words "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Where permitted by applicable privacy law, you may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do so, we may require your proof of identification and any other information that we may request in order to verify your request, including evidence of valid permission for the authorized agent to act on your behalf. Note that due to technological limitations, if you visit our Website from a different computer or device, or clear cookies on your browser that store your preferences, you will need to return to the Website to select your preferences or rebroadcast the GPC signal.

If we notify you that we will not take action on your request, you may appeal such refusal within a reasonable period after receipt of the notice by following the instructions provided in the notice or by contacting us at the email listed below. We will process your appeal in compliance with the applicable state privacy law.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Notice to Non-U.S. Users

The Platform is published in the United States and intended only for U.S. users only. We are based in the United States, and we have service providers in the United States and potentially other countries. Your personal information may be collected, used, and stored in these countries or other locations outside of your home country. Privacy laws in the locations where we handle your personal information may not be as protective as the privacy laws in your home country. By providing your personal information, where applicable law permits, you specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the collection, use, and disclosure set forth herein.

How We Protect Your Information

We take our responsibility to secure the information we collect and maintain seriously. We use reasonable security, including technical, physical and administrative controls, to secure the information we collect and maintain. However, we cannot guarantee that these practices will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose information. You can help protect the privacy of your own information by using encryption and other techniques to prevent unauthorized interception of your personal information.
